• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• A genuine passion for farming and a desire to contribute to the overall success of the farm.

Term of Employment

Full-time: Standard full-time employment.

Part-time: A commitment to working a set number of days per week — typically two to three days per week. Part-time positions are generally hired in the spring and fall.

Seasonal: A commitment to full-time hours for a set duration. Harvest season runs September 1 through November 1, and planting season runs April 1 through June 1. Please note these dates may lengthen or shorten depending on the growing season and weather conditions.
